Our final project was to create a childrens book featuring 10 illustrations, and a front and back cover. I was inspired by a workshop in the April 2011 issue of ImagineFX to illustrate a dark fairytale, reminiscent of turn of the 20th century traditional fairytale artwork.
I liked this project and put a lot of time into it, but feel that my final output was a little more cartoony than I would have liked.
